Join the List01 What is the Philadelphia Wedding Walk?
The Philadelphia Wedding Walk is an immersive wedding planning experience. Instead of walking through a traditional expo, guests explore fully styled venues filled with design, food, entertainment and interactive experiences created by Philadelphia wedding professionals.
02 When is the Center City Edition?
The Center City Edition will take place in March 2027. The main Wedding Walk experience will run from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, followed by the official After Party from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
03 Where does the event begin?
You can begin at any participating immersive venue. Check in at your first venue to receive your event wristband and Venue Passport. There is no required starting location or prescribed venue order.
04 How will I travel between venues?
Complimentary shuttles will operate continuously between four Center City stops from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Each stop will be positioned within approximately four walkable blocks of the participating venues.
05 Do I need to visit every venue?
No. You are welcome to experience the event at your own pace. Visit every venue or prioritize the locations, professionals and experiences that are most relevant to your wedding plans.
06 What will I experience inside each venue?
Every immersive venue will feature its own creative concept, styled ceremony and reception spaces, culinary experiences, entertainment, vendor activations and a scheduled Showtime moment.
07 What is The Planning Studio?
The Planning Studio is a dedicated marketplace where guests can meet additional wedding professionals, explore services and discover planning resources beyond those featured inside the immersive venues.
08 What is included with VIP Admission?
VIP Admission includes everything offered with General Admission plus early check in, an exclusive VIP Brunch, brunch food and beverage, special activations, exclusive prizes and a curated VIP SWAG bag.
09 What are the signature Showtimes?
Showtimes are scheduled performances and surprise moments taking place throughout the event. Showtimes are scheduled for 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
10 When will tickets become available?
